Sacral Awakening, A Womb Healing Experience
Join Guzel Gjenasaj and Marisa Reyes and an intimate gathering of women in this evening of sacral awakening. Guzel and Marisa will guide all attending through a series of movement and guided meditation designed to heal trauma (known and unknown), in our wombs, so that we can fully embody our highest selves and renew our connection to ourselves, one another and our sweet Mama Gaia.
The womb is responsible for creating life. It is also the seat of creativity and our intuition and the power center for all women. We have the tool, let’s use it wisely and with love.
We invite the courageous and committed ones. Courage is needed to address the shadow that will come up and commitment is required to support healing it.
This will be a very safe container for sisters to come together to support one another's healing. At this gathering, you will receive tools to connect to your womb and sharpen your intuition. You will start the process of healing old wounds that will enable you to heal your relationships and open your heart more.
This evening will incorporate movement, meditation, and a brief healing abdominal massage experience to spark the magic in your life you've been longing for.
