Indigenous people have traditionally used animals and animal totems to guide their beliefs and actions. Often a spirit animal shows up to protect and inform those that believe. The characteristics of one’s spirit animal can be called upon to strengthen personal resolve and light the way forward.
We invite you to join us for a sacred evening surrounded by images of animals that begins with a copal blessing followed by an interactive discussion about how animals can be brought into your life to guide and protect you. Medicine Woman Guzel Gjenasaj will then lead a guided meditation where you’ll have an opportunity to meet your spirit animal. We’ll close the evening with a sharing session that includes tea and cookies.
